Embracing The Season of Change

This Fall, I have been reflecting on my own seasons of growth. Once upon a time, I was a clinical pharmacist, helping people through medicine. After 20 years of service in healthcare, I felt called to inspire people from a new perspective.
I was drawn to support people by focusing more on personal energy, mindset, and leadership. That awareness opened the door to my next chapter as a Life and Leadership Coach, and for the past eight years, I’ve been guiding others through their own powerful transformations.
A client of mine recently shared that she has also been feeling the urge to do something different, but was unclear about the path to follow.
The vision she had held since she was a little girl, to follow her dream of becoming a high-powered career professional, with the accolades and financial freedom to support herself and her family, was accomplished. She was proud of what she’d built, but after a few years of reaching her lifelong goals, something inside her started to shift. The work that once lit her up felt stale.
As a mission-driven person, she began to feel uneasy, almost guilty, for not feeling as motivated and focused as she had always known herself to be. On paper, everything looked perfect. Yet inside, something felt off. She was outgrowing the version of herself who set that original goal.
She wasn’t failing; she was evolving.
Through our coaching conversations, she began to accept and even embrace the process of rediscovering herself in this unique transition phase. She stopped judging her feelings, slowed down and began to answer some deep questions:
What beliefs, roles, or stories do I need to let go of?
What is the next version of myself that I want to create?
How do I want to define success for myself moving forward?
And this is the work I love most. To walk beside clients as they rediscover their essence, and then get to consciously create from a deep desire within, what they really want next?
If your inner voice is calling for a change, honor it.
This is where coaching becomes so meaningful. Together, we get to create the space to explore who you’re becoming, what you truly want, and how to design the next chapter of your life with more clarity and intention.
As the seasons shift, so do we. You may feel a subtle pull to slow down, reassess, and redefine what fulfillment and purpose mean to you at this moment.
You are not lost; you may just be preparing for your next season.
If this resonates, let’s talk about how coaching can help you uncover your next season of growth, fulfillment, and impact.
