This Fall, I have been reflecting on my own seasons of growth. Once upon a time, I was a clinical pharmacist, helping people through medicine. After 20 years of service in healthcare, I felt called to inspire people from a new perspective.

Each month, I share stories and lessons from my coaching conversations about helping clients who feel stuck, want clarity, or are ready to step into their fullest expression of life. I get asked this question a lot in my work as a Life and Executive Coach, and I have answers. Not one answer, but many different strategies and tools to help recenter ourselves when we feel the pull of the energy of everything around us.

We only become the person ready to do the big thing by doing the thing. The more we do the new thing, the less scary it becomes. The feeling of fear and anxiety begins to feel like a normal part of the process, because it is.

Do you ever worry about making the ‘right choice’? Every day we are faced with numerous choices—some straightforward, others more complex. It can be draining to navigate through so many options without knowing which one to take.

One of the most common challenges my clients face is wanting something to happen so badly that they lose their confidence and faith that what they want will ever actually happen. Often times, they give in and settle for something less than ideal, or even worse, they completely give up.

I recently met with an extraordinarily successful co-founder and board member of a multi-million dollar company.  She has been part of the growth of this entity since ground zero.
