You have made a powerful choice to participate in a 21-Day Gratitude Challenge!
Here is the simple exercise I am asking you to try on in this Challenge:
S-sit down in a comfortable spot each day, same time, same space
M-make a commitment to sit for 5 minutes each day for 21 days
I-imagine the miracles you currently have in your life
L-list at least 3 things that you are grateful for
E-explore any changes in your daily routines
21-Day Gratitude Challenge (using your new journal!)
CHECKLIST: (Keep it simple)
☐ Find a pen and notebook dedicated for use in your gratitude practice
☐ Pick a time and place that you want to sit for 5 minutes and reflect on what you are
feeling grateful for each day.
☐ Write 3 things you are grateful for each day for 21 days.
☐ After the 21 days come back and let me know how it went and if you plan to continue.
