Hi, I’m Laurie
I’m a leadership and life coach passionate with helping high-performing professionals elevate their lives personally and professionally. I teach my clients how to practice personal responsibility, cultivate clarity and direction around their life’s purpose, and support them in taking actionable steps to make their dreams a reality.
I’m an ICF-accredited Life and Leadership Coach, former clinical pharmacist, and trusted advisor to leaders who have already achieved success but are ready for more.

My Philosophy
When you’ve already achieved a high level of success, the next level isn’t about working harder; it’s about seeing yourself and your dreams more clearly.
My coaching is entirely individualized. There’s no formula or fixed process; every client’s path is different. Through a blend of intuition and experience, I help you uncover what’s blocking your energy, clarify what you truly want, and make confident decisions about what comes next.

I live by the same principles I teach.
Growth, reflection, and energy management aren’t just part of my work—they’re part of my daily life.
Each morning begins at 5:30 a.m. with movement, reflection, and creativity. You’ll often find a leadership book on my nightstand (Some of my favorites are: The Big Leap, The Originals, You Are a Badass, and The Four-Hour Workweek).
When I’m not coaching or learning, I’m practicing yoga, spending time with my family, or walking my dog—recharging myself, so I can bring the best to my clients.
Certifications & Accreditations
I hold certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI-MP).
With over 2000 hours of coaching experience and two decades as a clinical pharmacist, I bring both science and strategy to every conversation.
My clients include well-established national businesses, CDW, 1-800-GOT-JUNK, Cincinnati Financial Insurance Company, Michigan Medicine, along with smaller, regional businesses, such as Baker-Hopp Insurance, Granger Construction, The Aman Hotel Group, O&W Distributors, Brophy & Associates Accounting and Consulting, to name a few.
